#145 Fix email issue

Sendmail will work with localhost when you run commands through the command line. However, when you try to use sendmail through PHP configurations with EdRepo no emails are send. Try to fix this so emails can be sent through EdRepo (we need this for user signup, user alerts for modules denied)
