Edpcs: Version 0.10.65rc2 released

Edpcs is a schematic pseudocode editor made especially for students that want to design their first algorithms.

The new release is called Release Candidate 2 (rc2), i.e. almost stable if not already stable.

- Fixed the "constant width bug" of the Refinement pseudo-structure;
