[Edocs-development] Website design proposal

Hi

Finally I have came up with some decent website design. This is just 
index.html to give you an idea. Tell me what you think about it, any 
suggestions?. If it's ok then I'll start building complete website.
I'll send the document with navigation path analysis later today.
