[Edmonds-alg-users] New release, edmonds-alg version 1.1.0

Version 1.1.0 of edmonds-alg has now been released.

An example of how to use edmonds-alg using the boost graph library has been
added to the documentation. A few compilation bugs have also been fixed. For
instructions on downloading and installing see
http://edmonds-alg.sourceforge.net.
