[edk2-buildtools] SVN Update Failed - note not installable

Just a FYI, I did a SVN update just now (haven't updated for several
months) and got this:

C:\edk2\BaseTools\Bin\Win32
The node
 'C:\edk2\BaseTools\Bin\Win32\BaseTools\Bin\Win32\Arm\RELEASE_RVCT31\CompilerIntrinsicsLib.lib'
 is not installable

It seems to have duplicated the path...
