The source code was found at http://www.classiccmp.org/cpmarchives/ftp.php?b=cpm%2Fmirrors%2Foak.oakland.edu%2Fpub%2Fcpm%2Feditc80 I can't find any attribuion for this code, but I think its derived from the RED editor. The code was released in 1981.
