#2 tidy feature clobbers input file

When I try the tidy feature on an HTML file with
problems, the result is an empty output file.

The program tsWebEditor has the ability to check syntax
using tidy. If no errors were found, you can then
clean up the file. It also identifies the errors and
line numbers, which makes fixing things very easy.
