#4 "customize perspective" turns off editbox

Setup:
- file is open in Pydev editor with EditBox working

Steps:
- menu selection: Window | Customize Perspective...

Problem description:
When the Customize Perspective dialogue opens, EditBox stops working and stays that way after the dialogue closes. The EditBox toolbar icon remains pushed in, however.

Recovery:
- To get EditBox working again, toggle the EditBox toolbar icon off, then on.

Workaround:
- None known.
