#4 Show the view when an log event occurs

When the view displays a new log entry and it is hidden by other views like JavaDoc then the log view should be brought to the front. The focus should stay where it was.
This feature could be configurable, so that only an event of a certain log level triggers the showing. All other log events cause no action.
