#313 Cluster doesn't list part. w/no sparse rows in ignored list

In our test case for KMeans, we cluster collection #2. Collection #2 has five particles, but only four have sparse data (id #2 has no rows in ATOFMSAtomInfoSparse.) The clustering algorithm should tell the user that it ignored one particle with no peaks. Unfortunately, in the collection description it outputs "Number of ignored particles with zero peaks = 0."
