#30 Active tray icon

I think that the "minimize to tray" feature was a
great advance, but ut would be great to add some
features to the tray icon for KDE/gnome. Two ideas:

- Right click menu with options like "pause all",
"resume all" "set U/D speed to"...

- Show current U/D speed graphically
