#30 Possibility to store cppunit-libraries.xml in Eclipse Dir
It would be very helpful to setup the cppunit-libraries once and not for each user. I have one Eclipse installation on the system and some users working with it, it is pretty unpleasant to copy the cppunit-libraries.xml for each user. It would be better if ECUT would look for configurations in Eclipse installation directory first.
