#29 Do NOT require a build config

I find ECUT too invasive but I like the TestCase creation wizard. I would like to be abe to run it just to output a .h/.cpp file

In fact I'd like a 3rd option.. All test in the .h File.

I prefer doing My main() myself

It should be very simple to do.
