#52 Build configuration creation the first time

Users of ECUT reported that ECUT wizards does not inform them when creating the first time a test case that a build configuration is needed in order to successfully build and run the to be created test case. ECUT creation wizards should state if there is no ECUT build configuration available for a given C++ project that a build configuration is needed. If there is already a build configuration available and not "selected" the ECUT creation wizard should offer users the ability to activate one ECUT specific build configuration.
