First cECTOR version released!

cECTOR is a multilingual web chatterbot, written in C,
and able to learn from users' entries.

This release (v0.0.19) is the first public one on
SourceForge (and the first one to reply). There is
much work to do to improve quickness (but it is
quicker than PHP version). Many optimizations
foreseen.

To compile, you need an UNIX-like OS, and DILIB
(http://dilib.inist.fr/).

ector-0.0.19-winbin.zip is an executable for dos.
Simply unzip in an empty directory and double-click.

Warning: this release is in debug-mode, and will yield
many debug information (on stderr).
