ECTOR v0.1.5 Released

ECTOR is a multilingual web chatterbot, written in PHP/MySQL, and able to learn from users' entries.

This release introduces a better handling of entries, that will lead to a better sentence generation (whe you start again your e_node and e_link MySQL tables).
It also removes some cases where ECTOR did not answer.

It is written in PHP/MySQL and is an early prototype.
Many things still to do, but it is usable.
