ECTOR v0.1.4 Released

ECTOR is a multilingual web chatterbot, written in PHP/MySQL, and able to learn from users' entries.

This release is quicker than the previous MySQL-based one.
Beware: this is still in an experimental state!

It is written in PHP/MySQL and is an early prototype.
Many things still to do, but it is usable.
You need phpLang which is available at http://www.phpheaven.net/rubrique7.html
