Uses a meter name, meter location, meter type, and a list of analyzers.
Queries the EnergyReports table on database-2.luther.edu and receives the latest data point.

This is not the final version of the MSSQLMeter, but it is a start.

Problems:

* If supplied with a meter name which occurs more than once in EnergyReports, a subroutine is not in place to pick the most favorable result.
