#17 Sending attachments

It's not possible to ad attachments to e-mail whe PHP is
in Safe mode. The flowing error will be displayed when
you try this:

Warning: SAFE MODE Restriction in effect. The script
whose uid is 540 is not allowed to access /var/spool/php
owned by uid 0 in /opt/guide/www.eric-op-
het.net/HTML/webmail/create.php on line 197
