course not!

What matters most in a PC is:
- your data
- your applications

So what do you really need to keep with you is a small peripheral with
documents plus applications to run them. The rest is a commodity.

The EcoPC coalition is headed by Ynternet.org, a Swiss not-for-profit foundation
for eCulture. Its aim is a paradigm shift. No more need for full featured
personal computers, only commoditized computers with an operating system (OS)
and everybody will be able to manage his/her personal data the same way
