[Ecolab-list] New version of EcoLab, Classdesc and Graphcode released

A new version of EcoLab and friends has just been released. This is
mostly improvements and bug fixes, rather than major new
functionality.

Please raise any issues using the SourceForge ticket tool.

The next release will focus on C++11 compatibility.
