[Ecolab-list] New Ecolab, Classdesc and Graphcode release

I did a release last night of Classdesc, EcoLab and
Graphcode. The classdesc release fixed a problem with the
CLASSDESC_ACCESS mechanism for accessing private members of classes
declared in a namespace (before it only worked for global namespace
classes). EcoLab incorporated this fix, as well as some MPI issues and
a significant Graphcode bug. Graphcode is now finally ready for
production, and so Graphcode 2.D1 is released too.
