Hmm, it seems you are using mingw and it does not support __stdcall, the flag that we use for the :stdcall calling convention (do you really need it?).  I do not know a solution for this, but if you look at cmpcbk.lisp you will find the offending code very easily -- maybe it is easy to change ecl-cmp.h to add the appropriate definition for __stdcall.
