#1 help: how to install it

I've use CVS download it from WebSite

then , I run "ant zip.plugin" to build it.
and unzip it into folder eclipse/plugins

but I can't see eclipsework in window->prefrences
I don't understand the step 3.

I don't know where to post in eclipsework.dev.java.net
so I post here . who can help me. thanks

this is the readme.txt

1: Put all the files from this folder in:
[eclipse_home]/plugins/org.eclipse.eclipsework

2: Go to: Window->Preferences->Plug-in->Target
Platform->Select All!

3: Righit Click in plugin.xml -> PDE Tools -> Update
Classpath

4: Run a Runtime Workbench

5: Configure Window -> Preferences -> EclipseWork

6: Open the "Templates View"

7: Enjoy it :-)
