#1 error with rational eclipse

Hi,
I get an error with the preferences loading.
Is there a special task to do to use the .jar files?
I tried both the 2 6 and the 2 5 seperately. I put them in the plugin directiry. And the wiki drop down does appear at the top of the page. It almost worked.

I am using:
IBM Rational Software Development Platform

Version: 6.0.1
Build id: 20050725_1800
