#21 Support anchors in Eclipse document comments

Currently the Wiki supports links to line numbers in
Eclipse resources such as source code. E.g.
Eclipse:/MyProject/src/myFile.cc:15.

It would be much more convenient if one could refer to
named anchors as one can do in HTML documents. Source
codes could be marked up within comments such as e.g.:
/* @anchor myFunction */
so that one could refer to it with:
Eclipse:/MyProject/src/myFile.cc#myFunction

The benefit would be that the reference doesn't depend
on the position in the file which is bound to change
during the development process.
