Thank you so much for doing the tutorial. I watched the Eclipse and Java tutorial before. Now, when I am learning Android using Eclipse as the editor, I want to learn more about Eclipse, I found this tutorial, it is short and very useful for me. The sound and the video are clear and easy to understand.
I have a question, though. In the last lesson, I learn to compare files and I chose to show whitespace. After I close the old file, my currnet file still have whitespace showing, I don't know how to not showing them, so I go back to compare files, uncheck show whitespaces… Is there another way to do it?
Thank you so much.

Hi. I'm not sure I understand the question. You can set the Ignore Whitespace as a preference in WIndow->Preferences->General->Compare/Patch. You can also set a text editor preference in Window->Preferences->General->Editor->Text Editors. Good luck. Mark

hello, i didnt want to create a new topic so i just wanted to share positive feedback.
i was looking at freeware options for web developement and i heard about eclipse. when i downloaded it i became quickly overwhelmed. however it seems there is a great support community for this open source software that is constantly being updated. i found your workbench tutorial to be an excellent start to understanding the eclipse tool.
much thanx
