Hello Marco,

I've updated my sources with the translation plugin fragments which you=20
checked in.
I saw that the german umlauts are broken. I just started to correct this on=
 my=20
machine.
I think it's because of our different code pages. Do you have an idea how t=
o=20
get the right translation into the repository?
