#12 How does one install this (and is it even viable with latest Eclipse)

There are no clues anywhere on how to install this or if it's even viable in the latest Eclipse.

where every other offering I see has an Install button, which, if dragged onto Eclipse installs it. This one looks tempting and interesting, but deeply mysterious,

It used to be installed through "Local site", which is:

• download the zip
• unzip
• in Eclipse, go to Install new software > Add... > Local...

But it doesn't seem to work with recent Eclipse version.

With my Eclipse Version: 2021-06 (4.20.0), I got:

An error occurred while installing the items
session context was:(profile=_home_pierre_jee-2021-06_eclipse, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Install, operand=null --> [R]net.sf.eclipsetidy 1.2.2, action=).
