#8 eclipseTail: gui enhancement: properties dialog

In my opinion the "file dialog" in the view isn't very
beautiful. I think the following could be an enhancement:

- remove the File: __________ [BROWSE] [X] Use SSH
dialog
=> more space for the essential: log data

- add a "properties" button
when pressed show a dialog with log properties:

I think of following properties:
File: _________ [X] Use SSH
SSH Host: _______
SSH User: _______
SSH Password: _______
[OK] [CANCEL]

This would "solve" RFE 931582, too.
