#2 Give option to use path to JDK in script

Currently the script uses the java residing in the system path NOT necessarily the one that Eclipse is referring to. Allow the user an option to prepend the path to the JDK that is referenced in the project to further ensure that the runtime behavior will be the same inside and outside the eclipse environment.
