#4 XML Schema available?

I am looking for a way to further manipulate and use the srs document (the xml file) using xslt, for instance, or through some other programming interface. It would therefore be very helpful to have the xml schema available that defines the structure and content of the xml file. I have only found an obviously incorrect dtd on the tigris.org site, but no xml schema file or dtd with the provided binaries or sources. Can you make the dtd or schema available?
