Summary: Layout problem in the Database Detail view

Initial Comment:
The header row in the Database Detail view is laid out 
incorrectly under Linux/GTK, with columns just a few 
pixels wide and the row just a few pixels high (see 
the attached screenshot). Resizing the columns does 
not help, as the invalid layout is restored when 
switching tabs. When a column header is clicked, the 
data is sorted correctly and the header's height 
becomes correct. However, then the column labels are 
completely missing.

This works find under Eclipse 3.3 and 3.4 and SQL Explorer 3.5.  This has
obviously been addressed.
