Summary: Export to CSV is not working correctly

When exporting to CSV we only have the choice to use ; | or tab. Where is the comma? The is no option to surround text in "". This is need to import numbers that are in char fields.

In CVS there's some changes. You can now specify any delimiter for CSV
export and tags and ampersands are properly escaped, fixes to conform at
least a little to HTML standards were added.
Here, XML tags are properly exported to CSV files. Also, NULL values
should be exported as '<null>' just fine. It'll need some more tweaks to be
abled to specify a custom string for NULL values, though.

Export of <null> values does not work, too, when choosing HTML or cvs.
Same problem, when you have XML in your varchar field. The XML tags are
not exported to cvs. They are simply ignored. In HTML export they are
present, but not encoded, so interpreted as HTML tags by the Web browser.
