#81 Dynamic limits rows , read on.

Hi,

Just like SquirrelSQL v3.5, add and alternative to "Limit rows" where now have the option "Read on, block size". (and how Oracle SQL Developer works today)
When run a SQL the cursor stay open and only the first rows are fetched, as you navigate to last lines the next block of rows are fetched from the database dynamically.
