#77 create checkbox for "clear results tabs" on sql editor

create checkbox for "clear results tabs" on sql editor window similar to the checkbox for "limit rows".
this might override the global preference on preferences dialog "SQL Explorer" => Results => "Clear results tabs when executing a new query"
