Its not a big deal but I thought for a possible change would be to not have contact assist re-populate every time a new editor is opened or the datasource is changed. It would be nice if content assist only populated once when a the connection is opened. If the connection is already open there is no need to re-populate content assist. Running Eclipse v3.2.2 and SQL Explorer v3.5 RC4

Yes, I agree - this is fixed in RC5.

Also it might be to only read the schemas and tables that is actually needed.
We have a large data base with many schemas and tables but only use a few for any given project so waiting for all schemas is kind of annoying.
