starting with 3.5.x the results view is integrated into the SQLEditor. It is no standalone view anaymore. If you run a query in the editor the results are displayed in tabs on the bottom of the editor. If a new editor is opened only the Messages tab is displayed.
After execution a query additional results tabs should be displayed.
In the preferences you can define if you want the results to be cleared when executing a new query (Window/Preferences/SQLExplorer/Results).
To run a query you must select a connection in the select box on top of the editor. If no connection is selected
the run button is disabled and nothing will be executed.
Please check your preferences and your connection settings/selection and try it again.
If the problem still apears, check the error log for any error messages, please.
