Eclipse Update cannot read repository

I am using Eclipse 3.7 using the Eclipse Update Site location of http://eclipsesql.sourceforge.net/ . I am able to start the installation, but I am unable to finish it. Based on the error provided, it looks like Eclipse cannot read a repository.

Unable to read repository at http://eclipsesql.sourceforge.net/plugins /net.sourceforge.sqlexplorer_3.6.1.v20120708_SR6.jar.

I can't reproduce this.
The repository under:
http://eclipsesql.sourceforge.net/plugins/net.sourceforge.sqlexplorer.oracle_3.6.1.v20120708_SR6.jar
can be read and an installation with 3.7.1 worked well.
Perhaps you had a network problem.
Try it again.
