#19 Enclosing class name missing from inner-class metadata

If you have a persistence-capable class x.y.Foo
containing a persistence-capable inner class
x.y.Foo$Bar, all references to the latter class in the
generated metadata use the name x.y.Bar instead of
x.y.Foo$Bar.
