Hi.
Well.. I know it's my first post in this list, but seriously, the forced
automatic updating of Haskell packages is unacceptable and I would like to
have the automatic updating stopped. I accept to do it on my own manually.
Every time I start Eclipse, automatic updating works.

I just could not find the option to stop the automatic updating . so please
add it.
