#28 [Project] filtering of logical project view

Once there is a logical view on projects (i.e. either a revamped Module Browser of support for Haskell projects in the Project Explorer), the user should be able to select filter criteria, e.g. show no source folders, show even the binaries folder etc. This is similar to the filter options on the Package Explorer in JDT. Probably there is some support for it already in the Project Explorer (investigate).
