I believe this may be a bug in Eclipse 3.1RC2 and have filed a bug
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=100346
(I was able to reproduce the problem after installing 3.1RC2.)
I'll keep investigating, and see if I can use the later 3.0 key binding
syntax for plugin.xml
If you need to uninstall ETEE 1.0.3,
delete the eclipse/features/net.sf.eclipseexeditor.feature_1.0.3 folder
delete the eclipse/plugins/net.sf.eclipseexeditor_1.0.3 folder
delete the org.* folders under eclipse/configuration (but do not
delete configuration/config.ini)
restart eclipse
reinstall ETEE 1.0.2
Sorry for any inconvenience. I've been doing my development/testing with
3.0.2 and 3.1M6 and have not encountered this problem.
