BTW, Kunle, I just remembered this: Physalis is (was) a project that attempted to create an OSGi implementation for the .NET Compact Framework. It is located at http://developer.berlios.de/projects/physalis/ . According to its authors, it's not complete, but it could give some leverage to get you started (if you haven't already). Also, here is the latest conversation (a few months old) from their mailing list: On 2/17/05, Duncan Suttles <du...@ma...> wrote: We just joined the mailing list. We are interested in cloning the Eclipse "Update Manager" into a .Net environment. Eclipse uses OSGI . Is this project alive ? Personnaly, I've recently decided to stop it too, not because of my skills, but because I'll probably stop all my job and activities in computer science to do a completely different job. Anyway, the puslished code works well to install/start/stop bundles, it is not complete (can't install bundle from Internet). So feel free to get it and continue or do whatever you want.
