Try right-click project > Team > Share Project, then select Darcs.

(I think we had some magic built in a while ago that automatically 
recognizes it when a new project is in a Darcs repo, but that seems not 
to work in all cases :-( The 'Share Project' menu should work in any 
case, however.)
