[eclipsedarcs-develop] EclipseDarcs 0.4 released

Hi everybody,

I have uploaded the 0.4 release files to the usual places (update site at
sf, file releases site at sf) and updated the wiki.

Actually I did most of this already yesterday, but then I had to catch a
train and left it somewhere in the middle of it :-(

Anyway, I think this means that EclipseDarcs 0.4 is now released :-) Almost
all of this milestone is Radek's work, so first of all thanks a lot to him.
I have posted the changelog file to our wiki (
