And perhaps as a small clarification: that build contains all patches done
so far (by far the most of them by Radek, including Push/Pull/ssh repos).
They are not yet pushed all, but they were contained in the various patch
bundles to this list. Once they are all in the repo, plus any bugfixes that
might be needed, I'll update the changelog and then proceed to create a
release build.
