[eclipsedarcs-develop] My Patches for 0.4

Hi,
Ok, I don't remember which Patches I've sent and which I haven't so
here are all patches against http://eclipsedarcs.sf.net/repo/

This pretty much concludes my input for 0.4 and makes eclipsedarcs
usable for me. I really would like to see "cherry-picking-everything"
but I know this would be very hard to do (especially for me - as I am
not so fluent with Eclipse SDK).
SSH Repositories are still somewhat experimental and the notice has
been added. I don't know will I have time to explore SSH features in
Eclipse SDK as Leif suggested. Please remember to use unstable darcs
on windows if you'd like to use ssh repositories!

Also, you can choose to push to http repos - this is not validated -
sorry. If I will find some time I will implement validation.

SSH Repositories failed for me once on Linux but I couldn't find the
reason and it works now. Strange.
