#7 Respect Eclipse settings regarding line endings
Not sure whether this should be a bug report instead. I am on Windows working on a project that uses Unix line endings. Whenever i add a copyright header to a file, all line endings get transformed to windows line endings. This is a little annoying, please change it to respect the eclipse settings / current line endings of the file.
