#104 could not able to see project specfic class and methods

I am using eclipse 3.0 version and i am trying to use
profiler plugin. I could able to install successfully
and also configure the weblogic 8.1. When i am doing
test run for one of project application, i gave two
break points. I stopped at the second break point.
When i looked into threads, i could not able to see
any project related packages or classes or method.
But i could able to see other classes like weblogic,
jsafe.

I am not sure what went wrong. It would be great
helpful if some one gives input.
